Very disorganized. Waited around for my online order for 30 min that was placed the day prior before closure. Brian the GM was heading to get my order but got distracted by another guest that came in after my arrival. The store was a ghost town and not to mention they appeared to have at minimum 4-5 people on staff working including a delivery driver, but no one seemed to be really doing anything... Brian later came up to the front to notify me that my order could not be fulfilled because both products where out of stock. Brian seemed overwhelmed and "lost in the sauce". I also am in retail management and can tell you from what I've experienced, Brian needs some additional training on time management and staff delegation. Not to mention the waste in labor which is your number one controllable expense... Cashier was very friendly, with that said she over explained everything and her empty words just made the situation worse. She was answering all the questions I wasn't asking.. Shout out to the delivery driver, he was the one that took notice of my presence and addressed me.

I want to recognize Jason at the Tractor Supply store on St. Johns Bluff (Store #2590) for providing the best customer service I have ever experienced. I had been searching everywhere for a specific Pit Boss smoker, and every store I contacted in Florida told me they couldn’t get one. Jason refused to give up. He went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect—calling Tractor Supply stores all the way up to Pennsylvania until he finally found the smoker I was looking for. What impressed me even more was what happened next. After working a full shift until 9:00 p.m., Jason personally delivered the smoker to my home free of charge. He showed up at my door around 10:00 p.m. with a smile on his face, happy to help. In today’s world, it’s incredibly rare to find someone who genuinely cares about a customer’s needs the way Jason does. He treated me like family from beginning to end and made me feel like my satisfaction truly mattered. His dedication, kindness, and work ethic are second to none. This store is awesome! Ted, Carson, Jason, Brian, and the ladies are always going above and beyond to help. I have shopped around for dog food and now only get the 4health here because of it's quality/size for a good price. I have 4 dogs and chickens, I'm always shopping here.

I have spent well over $2,000 at this Tractor Supply location this year because I rely on them for my ducks and other animal needs. Unfortunately, this store has become increasingly unreliable. The biggest issue is inventory. You cannot constantly switch feed and bedding products when people are caring for animals that rely on consistency. I’ve repeatedly come in for feed or bedding only to find shelves empty or products switched out. Today, there was no bedding available at all. For those of us who depend on Tractor Supply because there are limited feed store options nearby, this is extremely inconvenient. I’ve also witnessed concerning professionalism from staff. Employees openly discussing customers allegedly stealing, gossiping about customers after they leave, and speaking disrespectfully does not create a welcoming environment. As a customer who spends a lot of money here, I want to feel respected, not judged. I don’t want to stop shopping here because it’s convenient, but I’m at the point of looking into smaller local feed stores because reliability matters when you care for animals.

Love this place. We come here often for sisters chicken feed and cat stuff. I always get lost with the home goods! Always something to find. Love the garden selection, containers and small planters. Large variety if you need to grab a card and or gift card. Always clean and great staff that is to find!
